The Oslo toll ring introduces time- and emission based toll fees

The toll ring around Oslo introduces a new price structure from 1 October with time- and emission based prices.

The new toll fees are as follows (in Norwegian Kroner):

Light vehicles under 3500 kg

*The rush hour fee will be charged on weekdays between 07:00-09:00 and 15:00-17:00, but will neither be used during weekends, public holidays nor during the month of July.

**Vehicles in class M1 – mobile homes, will pay as light vehicles even if they are above 3500 kg.

Vehicles paying electronically with on-board equipment approved in Norway (AutoPASS) or in EasyGo will receive a 10 % discount.

Foreign users with EasyGo on-board equipment should be aware that to obtain the correct price it is required that the fuel-type is known to the Oslo toll ring. This means that foreign users need to register their vehicle category with their local Toll Service Provider. Any vehicle passing through the Oslo toll ring will be charged the highest price if the vehicle category is not known.
